Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription plans

ScheduleGenie AI subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Premium AI, Agency) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period and may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

2. Subscription refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of the initial charge if you have not made substantial use of the service. To request a refund, email support@schedulegenieai.com with your account email and reason.

3. Per-booking payments

Some service providers using ScheduleGenie AI accept payment at the time of booking. Refund eligibility for these payments is set by the individual service provider, not by ScheduleGenie AI. The provider's cancellation window and refund terms are shown on the booking page before checkout.

To request a refund or cancel an appointment, contact the service provider directly using the contact info on your booking confirmation. ScheduleGenie AI can assist with disputes but is not the merchant of record for appointment payments.

4. Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@schedulegenieai.com so we can resolve it directly. Most issues are fixed within 2 business days.
