ScheduleGenie AI (the "Service") is operated by MJohnson Professional, Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ScheduleGenie AI you agree to this policy.

  • Account info: name, email, business name, and login credentials.
  • Booking info: client name, email, phone number, appointment details, and notes you submit.
  • Payment info: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: log data, device info, and basic analytics used to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the booking, reminders, and account features.
  • Send service-related communications (booking confirmations, reminders, account notices).
  • Improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / text messaging

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send appointment-related SMS messages (confirmations, reminders, and changes) using Twilio. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us to be removed.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS will not be sold or shared for promotional purposes.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example Supabase for hosting/database, Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, and email delivery providers), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You may update or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
